“WASHINGTON – Someone has finally fixed an approximate taxpayer cost of between 12 million and 15 million illegal aliens residing in the U.S.
A new study by the Heritage Foundation's Robert Rector found a household headed by an individual without a high school education, including about two-thirds of illegal aliens, costs U.S. taxpayers more than $32,000 in federal, state and local benefits. That same family contributes an average of $9,000 a year in taxes, resulting in a net tax burden of $22,449 each year.
…If the lower figure of 12 million illegal aliens is used for estimation purposes, the total tax burden translates to $2.2 trillion.
…. Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, in response to the study. "Cheap labor is not cheap at the cost of over a million dollars per head of household."
Rector's study, "The Fiscal Cost of Low-Skill Households to the U.S. Taxpayer," examines the economics of the 17.7 million American households made up of people without a high-school degree. Using numbers from the Census Bureau, the Congressional Research Service, the Bureau of Labor Standards and other government agencies, Rector determined what they earn, what they spend and what they receive in government services.
About half of the 17.7 million households studied are illegal aliens. About two-thirds of illegal alien households are headed by someone without a high school degree. Only 10 percent of native-born Americans fit into that category.
"Over the next ten years the total cost of low-skill households to the taxpayer (immediate benefits minus taxes paid) is likely to be at least $3.9 trillion," Rector writes. "This number would go up significantly if changes in immigration policy lead to substantial increases in the number of low-skill immigrants entering the country and receiving services."

While Senator Barack Obama (now President) called the loss of 3,100 Americans in the war on terror “wasted lives,” the senator, all of his Democrat colleagues, RINOs, and President Bush choose to ignore a far more outrageous statistic.
As documented in a report by Joseph Farah dated November 28, 2006 and titled “Illegal Aliens Murder 12 Americans Daily,” illegal aliens murder an average of 4,380 Americans each year.
And that does not include the 4,750 Americans killed by drunken illegal aliens every year! That, by the way, equals 23,725 “wasted lives,” since 9/11.
Add it up folks. That’s over 50,000 Americans killed by illegal aliens since 9/11. How many more Americans have to die before the gutless, groveling prostitutes we elected in Washington finally do something??
Call your Congressmen and Senators and let them know that you will not tolerate their inaction any longer.
They must close the borders and deport any illegal alien convicted of any crime- this includes “minor” crimes like theft, trespassing, loitering, etc.
Illegal aliens arrested for any traffic violation must be deported- they are killing machines waiting for their next victims.
Employers must be heavily fined for hiring illegal aliens and criminal charges filed against those employers who repeatedly hire illegals.
Make employers financially responsible for the crimes that their illegal employees commit and employers must pay all medical bills that innocent victims accrue due to injuries caused by illegals! This must be paid for out of the pockets of the employers and not claimed as a business expense.
Any employer must pay for the medical bills that an illegal alien incurs while in his employ- no more “free” medical care, at the taxpayers expense, for illegal aliens who show up in ER’s expecting to be treated for nothing - this must be paid for out of the pockets of the employers and not claimed as a business expense.
